Useful Information

Donations made to the “ fondation Hëllef fir d'Natur ” are deductible from taxable income within the limits set forth in Articles 109 and 112 of the Income Tax Law. To qualify for the tax deduction, the total amount of donations made to various organizations during the year must be at least 120 euros, and may not exceed 20% of total income or 1,000,000 euros.

To ensure responsible use of the financial resources entrusted to the foundation and to conserve paper, a tax receipt is issued only once a year. This receipt lists the donations made during the previous year. However, a receipt can be sent for each donation by contacting us at (+352) 29 04 04 1 or via email at secretariat@naturemwelt.lu.

The fondation Hëllef fir d'Natur has adopted the Code of Conduct for Organizations Relying on Public Generosity, which it initiated along with other associations, and is a member of the nonprofit organization Don en Confiance Luxembourg, established on January 18, 2011. www.donenconfiance.lu

The Foundation uses only a small portion of the funds it receives to cover its operating expenses. Virtually the entire amount of donations received is allocated to selected projects and activities.
