Donations made to the Fondation Hëllef fir d'Natur are tax-deductible from taxable income within the limits of Articles 109 and 112 of the Income Tax Law (L.I.R.). To benefit from the tax deduction, the total amount of donations made to various organizations during the year must reach a minimum of 120 euros and must not exceed 20% of total income or 1,000,000 euros.

To respect the financial resources entrusted to the foundation and to save paper, a tax certificate is issued only once a year. It covers donations made during the previous year. However, a receipt can be sent for each donation by contacting us at (+352) 29 04 04 1 or via email at secretariat@naturemwelt.lu.

The Fondation Hëllef fir d'Natur has adhered to the Code of Conduct for organizations appealing to public generosity, which it initiated with other associations, and is a member of the non-profit organization Don en Confiance Luxembourg, created on January 18, 2011. www.donenconfiance.lu

The Foundation uses only a small portion of the funds it receives to cover its operating costs. Virtually the entirety of the donations received is allocated to chosen projects and activities.
