
The Fondation Hëllef fir d'Natur was established in 1982. For over 40 years, it has been dedicated to nature conservation and the preservation of biodiversity in Luxembourg.

The foundation has initiated, contributed to, and participated in numerous large-scale projects and actions, such as: the safeguarding of wetlands and valley bottoms in the Oesling, the restoration of the freshwater pearl mussel population, the renaturation of the Alzette in Schifflange, the action plan for standard fruit orchards, nature conservation at the municipal level, and many others.
