Under the patronage of the French Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Biodiversity, the Fondation Hëllef fir
d'Natur launches its major annual planting campaign this Thursday, November 13, 2025 as part of the
National Tree Day (JNA).
This year's event will be held in Hollenfels, on land belonging to the Fondation Hëllef fir d'Natur, in
in the presence of Patrick Losch, Chairman of the Fondation Hëllef fir d'Natur, Paul Mangen, Burgomaster of
the Municipality of Helperknapp, Mr Serge Wilmes, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Biodiversity,
and Mr Michel Leytem, Director of the Administration de la Nature et des Forêts.
A simple gesture for a sustainable future

Initiated by the Foundation in 1992, the annual National Tree Day marks the launch of the
planting season and a campaign to raise funds and awareness of ecological value,
climate and landscape of trees and hedges.
